Parking: Paid lots within close proximity to Rhein Haus, plus paid street parking is available throughout town. A loading area is located directly in front of Rhein Haus.

Accessibility: Our event space is located on the second floor which is accessible only by stairs. Our patio and first-floor dining room are wheelchair-accessible

  • No room rental fee! Just meet your food & beverage minimums and the space is yours for no charge.

  • You’ll have a dedicated party planner who will listen to your needs and customize your event.

  • We can accommodate groups of from 30-65.

  • We are separate check friendly! Don’t want to pay for your friends’ beers? No problem.

  • We are not currently accepting large party reservations on the weekends during October, nor during the month of December.

  • We host everything from rehearsal dinners and birthday parties to corporate retreats and casual get-togethers. Whether you're planning something big or small, we’ve got flexible space to make it work.

  • We don’t charge a room rental fee, but we do have food and beverage minimums that vary depending on the day, time, and size of your group. Our events team will walk you through all the options.

  • We provide reserved space, full food and drink service, and optional extras like custom menus or décor coordination. Let us know what you need—we’re happy to help.

  • Leavenworth has several public parking lots and street parking options nearby. We recommend arriving a little early, especially on weekends or during festivals.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations (as long as they’re easy to clean up) and outside desserts like cakes or cupcakes. Just let us know in advance.

  • Absolutely! We’re a family-friendly spot and can accommodate guests of all ages.
