If you have a question regarding a credit card charge, please keep in mind that your financial institution may have a hold or pre-authorization charge pending for your transaction for up to 72 hours after your visit. This pre-authorization hold does not mean you have been charged twice for your meal and the pending charge will clear shortly. If you still have questions, you can contact us for more information. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
